My fiance and I went to his old friend's house on Monday. They live in a super trendy part of OKC and each drive Audi station wagons.
After we made our way through their Japanese garden to get to the front door, she greeted us and we walked into a gorgeous 1934 home where we saw her husband reclined on a crazy ergonomic-ish recliner, listening to a record player, tossing their baby, Frolic, up into the air.
When he finally stood up to introduce himself, he asked us if we wanted an espresso, latte, or an Americano. When we said, "Water would be great," since it was like 98 degrees outside, they brought it to us in Mason jars.
That's just the a small glimpse of what we endured for an evening. :o)

Ugh...I can top that, unfortunately.
